How to Chat with Brock Central
Brock Central Chat @the Registrar’s Office is an easy-to-use, easy-to access, real-time service option. The ‘Chat with Us’ button will appear when Live Chat services are open.
Our online chat is found on two of our websites. Future students should visit our Discover Brock webpage for information and Live Chat service for prospective students.
Current students can connect with Brock Central’s team through our Central Chat on this webpage and visit the Office of the Registrar website pages for more information.

If you have any issues accessing the chat, please try using a different browser (e.g.: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.) and device. Make sure your browser allows pop-ups and turn off ad blockers to prevent interference with the chat.
Your questions are important to us, and if we are not able to answer them, or if your inquiry requires a more in-depth investigation, we will ask you to connect with us through audio chat, telephone or email and we will do our best to investigate and respond quickly.
Your privacy is very important to us and is one of our top priorities. When connecting with us, please do not share any personal information such as your Brock student ID or date of birth. If we require your name, Brock student ID number or any other information, we will ask for it. It’s important to remember that we can only provide detailed information to you if you are a Brock student, and unfortunately, we are unable to provide information to family members, friends or other third parties.

In accordance with the Freedom of Information Protection of Privacy Act, we are unable to release information to anyone other than the student directly. Students must provide written consent online via the Brock student portal in order for University officials to release any details.
