Enrolment Letters and Forms

Undergraduate students may now order official University letters via the my.brocku.ca student portal. Letters will be available for download via the student portal once payment has been received.

If you are a Graduate student requiring a letter, please download the request form from the Faculty of Graduate Studies.

Please visit your student portal to view applicable fees. Once you are logged in to your my.brocku.ca student portal, click on the Student Forms and Service Requests tab and submit your request via the Forms&Services link.

To download your letter, log in to your my.brocku.ca student portal, click on the Student Forms and Service Requests tab, and select the View Current/Completed Request(s) option, then click continue. The PDF letter/form will be visible under the Documents column. You can click on the PDF to download the letter, or print copies as required. This letter is valid for the academic year.

Confirmation of Enrolment letters can be requested via my.brocku.ca. Once you are logged in to your student portal, click on the Student Forms and Service Requests tab and submit your request via the Forms&Services link.

Please note: it is important that you select the correct academic year of study and session for which you are requesting the letter. For example, the academic year 2018 Fall/Winter session would be from September 2018 to April 2019. 

Confirmation of Enrolment letters may only be requested for academic sessions where registration exists.

Student Visa Extension letters can be requested via my.brocku.ca. Once you are logged in to your student portal, click on the Student Forms and Service Requests tab and submit your request via the Forms&Services link.

Please note: it is important that you select the correct academic year of study and session for which you are requesting the letter. For example, the academic year 2018 Fall/Winter session would be from September 2018 to April 2019.

Letter of Good Standing/Eligibility to Graduate letters can be requested via my.brocku.ca. Once you are logged in to your student portal, click on the Student Forms and Service Requests tab and submit your request via the Forms&Services link. This letter requires 5 to 7 business days for processing.

Please note: You must submit an Intent to Graduate in order to be able to request this letter.

Duplicate/Replacement Diplomas can be requested via my.brocku.ca. Once you are logged in to your student portal, click on the Student Forms and Service Requests tab and submit your request via the Forms&Services link.

  • If you have forgotten your Campus ID and/or password, please click on the ‘Forgot your student password’ link
  • If you have never set up your Student Self-Serve portal, please click on the ‘Applicant, New, Returning Student or Alumni’ link
  • If you do not remember your Student ID Number, please contact Brock Central @The Registrar’s Office at 905 688 5550 x3052.

Third party RESP forms must be submitted for completion via my.brocku.ca. Once you are logged in to your student portal, click on the Student Forms and Service Requests tab and submit your request via the Forms&Services link. Forms will only be processed upon receipt of the $15 processing fee.

Clarification of Transfer Credit letters can be requested via my.brocku.ca. Once you are logged in to your student portal, click on the Student Forms and Service Requests tab and submit your request via the Forms&Services link. This letter requires 5 to 7 business days for processing.

Please note: You must submit an Intent to Graduate in order to be able to request this letter.

Confirmation of Graduation letters can be requested via my.brocku.ca. Once you are logged in to your student portal, click on the Student Forms and Service Requests tab and submit your request via the Forms&Services link.

Please note: Your Convocation ceremony must have already occurred in order to request this letter. If you require a letter confirming you have met your degree requirements prior to your Convocation ceremony, please submit a request for an Eligibility to Graduate letter. 

Confirmation of English Instruction letters can be requested via my.brocku.ca. Once you are logged in to your student portal, click on the Student Forms and Service Requests tab and submit your request via the Forms&Services link. This letter requires 5 to 7 business days for processing.

Confirmation of Non-Attendance letters can be requested via my.brocku.ca. Once you are logged in to your student portal, click on the Student Forms and Service Requests tab and submit your request via the Forms&Services link. This letter requires 5 to 7 business days for processing.

Document Evaluation reviews can be requested via my.brocku.ca. Once you are logged in to your student portal, click on the Student Forms and Service Requests tab and submit your request via the Forms&Services link. This letter requires 5 to 7 business days for processing.

Please note: You will need to upload your transcript from your previous institution to have your credits evaluated for this request.

Eligibility to Continue Studies letters can be requested via my.brocku.ca. Once you are logged in to your student portal, click on the Student Forms and Service Requests tab and submit your request via the Forms&Services link.

Embassy of Qatar Document Requests can be requested via my.brocku.ca. Once you are logged in to your student portal, click on the Student Forms and Service Requests tab and submit your request via the Forms&Services link. This letter requires 5 to 7 business days for processing.

Please note: You will need to provide us with the ‘True Copy Certificate’ to be completed as well.

Saudi Arabian Cultural Bureau Letters can be requested via my.brocku.ca. Once you are logged in to your student portal, click on the Student Forms and Service Requests tab and submit your request via the Forms&Services link. This letter requires 5 to 7 business days for processing.
