Enrolment Letters

Undergraduate students may now order official University letters via the my.brocku.ca student portal. Letters will be available for download via the student portal once payment has been received.

If you are a Graduate student requiring a letter, please download the request form from the Faculty of Graduate Studies at https://brocku.ca/graduate-studies/current-students/student-forms.

Please allow three to five business days for any requests to have letters sent via mail or fax.

Please visit your student portal to view applicable fees.

Confirmation of Enrolment letters can be requested via my.brocku.ca. Once you are logged in to your student portal, click on the GenReqForms tab and submit your request via the Forms&Services link.

Please note: it is important that you select the correct academic year of study and session for which you are requesting the letter. For example, the academic year 2017 Fall/Winter session would be from September 2017 to April 2018. 

Confirmation of Enrolment letters may only be requested for academic sessions where registration exists.

Student Visa Extension letters can be requested via my.brocku.ca. Once you are logged in to your student portal, click on the GenReqForms tab and submit your request via the Forms&Services link.

Letter of Good Standing/Eligibility to Graduate letters can be requested via my.brocku.ca. Once you are logged in to your student portal, click on the GenReqForms tab and submit your request via the Forms&Services link.

Please note: You must submit an Intent to Graduate in order to be able to request this letter.

Duplicate/Replacement Diplomas can be requested via my.brocku.ca. Once you are logged in to your student portal, click on the GenReqForms tab and submit your request via the Forms&Services link.

  • If you have forgotten your Campus ID and/or password, please click on the ‘Forgot your student password’ link
  • If you have never set up your Student Self-Serve portal, please click on the ‘Applicant, New, Returning Student or Alumni’ link
  • If you do not remember your Student ID Number, please contact Brock Central @The Registrar’s Office at 905 688 5550 x3052.
