Spring Convocation 2021

Congratulations to Brock University’s Class of 2021!

As the pandemic continues, Brock University’s 109th Convocation ceremony will be delivered virtually.

All graduating students will receive an email from their Faculty on the morning of Friday, June 18 with a link to their own personalized convocation portal and based on their Faculty, and whether they are an undergraduate or graduate student. Video messages from University President Gervan Fearon, Chancellor Hilary Pearson, a yet to be announced keynote speaker, and other special guests will be included in the virtual convocation experience.

Also part of the Virtual Convocation portal is a social media “celebration toolkit,’ where grads can download graphics such as social media cover photos and animated confetti.

The portal will remain open indefinitely to allow for students and the broader Brock community to view at their convenience.

Regalia Rentals and Grad Photos

Regalia rental will not be available to students for the Spring 2021 convocation out of the safety of our students and staff.

Graduation photographs are available through Luxarte Studios, located in Ancaster, Ontario. To book your photo session directly with Luxarte, please click here.

Brock’s campus store will offer an array of convocation mementos, as well as diploma frames, to mark the occasion. For more information, please visit the Campus Store or email them directly at campusstore@brocku.ca.

It is expected that all diplomas will be sent by the second week of July. If you haven’t done so already, please be sure to update your contact information in you Brock student portal.

An in-person event will be planned at some point in the future when it is safe to do so.
