The deadline to submit an Intent to Graduate form is July 1. You must submit the form through the Brock student portal.

Please make sure to update your address and phone number on your student portal! Please include a full address and no Postal Boxes!

Graduates of 2020 and 2021

Brock University will hold Legacy Convocation ceremonies this October 2022 for students who graduated during the pandemic but did not have an opportunity to participate in an on-campus celebration.

Mark your calendars for Wednesday, October 12 and Thursday, October 13 as we celebrate and welcome back our graduates from the classes of 2020 and 2021. More information regarding specific times and how to register will be released in early September. An intent to graduate form will not be required.

Spring Convocation 2022

Convocation is a special time to celebrate your achievements with family and friends, and we look forward to celebrating with you from June 13 to 17, 2022.

The health and well-being of the Brock community continues to be the University’s top priority. To further ensure the safety of our graduands and guests, Brock’s mask protocol and vaccination mandate will remain in place for convocation. All attendees will be required to be masked and vaccinated at convocation.

Graduates will be limited to two guests. It will be mandatory for all grads to register their guests in advance, and tickets must be presented for your guests to access the ceremony.

To reserve tickets:

  • Log-in to University Tickets using your Brock credentials.

  • Click on “Brock Convocation” under Categories.

  • Choose your Convocation ceremony (found under your intent to graduate application, once approved, or via the Convocation schedule.)

  • Reserve tickets for yourself and up to two guests.

Additional friends and family can join the celebration too! Convocation ceremonies will be livestreamed online at
