Graduating this Spring 2024?

Have you submitted your Intent to Graduate form yet?

The deadline to submit an Intent to Graduate form is February 1. You must submit the form through the Brock student portal.

Please make sure to update your address and phone number on your student portal! Please include a full address and no Postal (PO) Boxes – the Courier service requires a signature to deliver diplomas.

Spring Convocation 2024

Convocation is a special time to celebrate your achievements with family and friends, and we look forward to celebrating with you the week of June 10th to 14th. Schedule will be available closer to the event date.

*Note: Please confirm your ceremony time on your Intent to Graduate through BrockDB.

Guest Limits

Due to limited seating and to provide equal opportunity to all graduates, graduates will be limited to two guests.

It will be mandatory for all grads and guests to check-in prior to entering the ceremony. Guests are encouraged to have the name/student ID # of the graduate ready to present at the check-in location and to be seated at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to ensure they have a seat.

Additional friends and family can join the celebration too! Convocation ceremonies will be livestreamed online at brocku.ca/livestream.

Policies

The health and well-being of the Brock community continues to be the University’s top priority. All graduates and guests must adhere to existing mandates and policies, including those related to COVID-19, at the time of the event (i.e. masking and/or vaccination requirements should they be instated).
