Faculty Registration

1. Login to the Brock Portal
2. Open BrockDB
3. Select Employee Access
4. Select ConvocationRegn
5. Complete the form. Please ensure that all information is accurate prior to submitting the form

Convocation ceremonies are held in the Ian Beddis Gymnasium, Walker Complex. Please see the Convocation Schedule for a complete breakdown of each faculty schedule.

Note: If a date is not displayed on the registration page, that stage has reached its maximum capacity due to safety requirements. To be added to the waitlist, please email us at the address above.

Faculty Gowning

Faculty gowning will take place in the Dance Studio, located opposite the Welcome Desk in the Walker Complex.

Approved Faculty: Please arrive at the Gowning Room no less than 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time.

Faculty Regalia

If you wish to borrow Brock regalia, please indicate your regalia needs on your Brock registration form.

It will be reserved for you and available in the Dance Studio. Please return regalia immediately following the ceremony. If you are a bedel volunteer, you will receive an email about your role closer to the date of the ceremony.
