Faculty Registration

  1. Login to the Brock portal.
  2. Open BrockDB.
  3. Click on Employee Access.
  4. Click on ConvocationRegn.
  5. Fill out the form. We are happy to assist you should you encounter any problems. Please email [email protected] for assistance or any questions.

Convocation ceremonies are held in the Ian Beddis Gymnasium, Walker Complex. See the Convocation Schedule for a complete breakdown of each faculty schedule.

Please note that if a date is not showing on the registration page, the stage is full from a safety standpoint. You can email us at the email address above to be placed on the waitlist.

Faculty Gowning

Faculty gowning will take place in the Dance Studio (beside the welcome desk in the Walker Complex)  thirty (30) minutes before the ceremony start time.

Regalia

If you wish to borrow Brock regalia please indicate your regalia needs on your Brock registration form. It will be reserved for you and available in the Dance Studio. Please return regalia immediately following the ceremony. If you are a bedel volunteer, you will receive an email about your role closer to the date of the ceremony.
