According to the Brock University Faculty Handbook:
“Spring Convocations shall normally be held during the second week in June. Fall Convocation shall normally be held during the third week of October.”
Please note that this is subject to confirmation by the Office of the Registrar and Enrolment Services at Brock. The official convocation ceremony schedule will be published on the convocation website once it has been approved, and will also be made available to students who have submitted their Intent to Graduate form on the Brock Student Portal.
We recommend waiting for the official ceremony dates and times to be posted before making any non-refundable travel arrangements.

For exceptional circumstances, a limited number of additional seats may be granted (i.e. PhD graduates, award recipients, etc).
Additional guests who attend, and are over the limit for any one graduand will be directed to the overflow room to watch the livestream.
Guests who are unable to attend convocation will be able to watch via livestream.
For guest-specific information, please visit the Guest Information page on this website.
