The Hudlicky research team’s paper entitled, “Rapid Access to the Tricyclic Core of Calyciphylline A-Type Alkaloids via Allyl Cyanate-to-Isocyanate Rearrangement” has been rated as “Very Important” by the European Journal of Organic Chemistry, an honour afforded to less than 10% of the manuscripts that it receives.

Brock students received top prizes at the recent Inorganic Discussion Weekend (Waterloo, November 9-11, 2018)
Aisha Kassymbek from the Nikonov group won the 1st Place for Oral Presentations and John Lortie, also from the Nikonov group, won the 2nd Place for Poster Presentations. Interestingly, a former Brock graduate (again from the Nikonov group), Jan-Willem Lamberink won the 3d place for Poster Presentations. Brock rules!
