AODA Training is offered through a two-step process on an ongoing basis to the Brock community including employees, faculty, and volunteers. As of July 1, 2016, the Integrated Accessibility Standard Regulation has been made more comprehensive by incorporating the Customer Service Standard Regulation.
Training in both customer service and human rights is a mandatory requirement for all Brock community members including employees, volunteers, and faculty.
Training is also delivered to people responsible for upholding the policy and to those who provide goods or services on the University’s behalf. If you wish to have a hard copy of the customer service standard training, download a PDF of the Guidelines for Accessible Service at Brock.
