It cannot be used to pay residence fees, tuition, or other charges listed on your student financial history page.
Students, Faculty and Staff
Brock students, faculty and staff can access their Brock Card accounts online.
How to log in
- Log in using your Brock username and password.
- Only current Brock students, faculty, and staff can access this site
What you can view
- Account Information: Your contact details and ID photo
- Financial Data: Funds on hold and current balances
- Financial History: A record of your purchases and where they were made
- Financial Statement: A summary of transactions and balances
What you can do
- Add Funds: Deposit Flex Dollars using Visa or MasterCard
- Deactivate Card: Temporarily deactivate your card if it is lost to protect your funds
– If your card is found, contact the Brock Card Office to reactivate it
– If your card is not found, visit the Brock Card Office to request a replacement (fees apply)
Log Out
- Always log out after completing your transactions
Parents
Parents can deposit Flex Dollars to a student’s Brock Card without logging in.
What parents need
- Student number
- First 3 characters of the student’s first name
Important notes
- Parents can only deposit funds
- Parents cannot view balances, statements, or transaction history
- A printable receipt is available after a successful deposit via email
