Health and Wellness

Student health and wellness is an important priority across all of Brock’s dining services locations. The on-site Executive Chef and Registered Dietitian work with students to accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies, ensuring everyone feels comfortable navigating the dining locations on campus. Students also receive access to confidential nutrition therapy across all areas of food, nutrition, and health, as well as the opportunity to ask questions and share feedback with the culinary team in order to make the most of their Brock dining experience.

We strive to offer a variety of delicious and balanced meals that cater to different dietary needs and preferences. Whether you’re looking for vegetarian, vegan, no gluten, or halal options, we have something for everyone. Explore this page to find more information on how to safely navigate our dining halls and how to contact our team for further support.
