Fall 2020 Brock Card Replacement Procedures:

How do I replace my lost Brock Card?
If you are a returning student, faculty or staff member that has a photo on your Brock Card account, a replacement card can be obtained by sending an email to brockcard@brocku.ca.

Please include the following information:

Subject Line: Replacement Brock Card

 Body of email: Brock ID # (7-digit numerical ID for students and/or 6-digit numerical ID for faculty and staff); full correct spelling of your first and last name as it appears on your Brock Card account.

Once we have the above information, we will begin the process of replacing your card. Once complete, we will arrange a pickup timeslot, during our reduced hours of operations, in order to pay for and obtain your replacement card. Please note, lost card replacement cards are $35.00.

How do I replace a damaged/malfunctioning Brock Card?

If you are a returning student, faculty or staff member that has the damaged card in-hand and has a photo on your Brock Card account, a damage reprint request can be completed by sending an email to brockcard@brocku.ca.

Please include the following information:

Subject Line: Damaged Reprint Brock Card

 Body of email: Brock ID # (7-digit numerical ID for students and/or 6-digit numerical ID for faculty and staff); full correct spelling of your first and last name as it appears on your Brock Card account.

Once we have the above information, we will begin the process of replacing your card. Once complete, we will arrange a drop-off/pickup timeslot, during our reduced hours of operations, in order to turn in your damaged card, pay for and obtain your replacement card. Please note, damaged card replacement cards are $10.00. Should you not be able to turn in you damaged card, a lost replacement fee will be charged.
