Brock Card Replacement Procedures:

Lost Brock Card
If you are a returning student, faculty or staff member with a photo on file, you can obtain a replacement Brock Card by visiting our office during regular business hours.

• Replacement fee: $35.00

Damaged or Malfunctioning Brock Card
If your Brock Card is damaged or malfunctioning and you are a returning student, faculty, or staff member with a photo on file, you may request a replacement by visiting our office during regular business hours.

• Replacement fee: $10
• Damaged card required: Yes
  • The damaged card must be exchanged at the time of replacement
  • If the damaged card cannot be exchanged, the lost card replacement fee ($35.00) will apply
