In this free virtual webinar held on Tuesday, June 21, we shared stories from lifelong volunteers about how volunteering improves health and well-being.
Who better to guide us than our experts – older adults who have rich and diverse experiences gained over decades. Using case study stories from Age Friendly Niagara volunteers we shared what we have learned from their experiences and how we can translate this to our own lives and community.
We would like to acknowledge Brock’s Office of Research Services, who helped to make this event possible.
