On November 13, 2023, the University launched a review of its course collection and scheduling practices. The project was guided by a steering committee that included representatives from the Office of the Registrar and Enrolment Services (ORES), the Provost’s Office, and the Brock University Faculty Association. The steering committee’s work was supported by assistance from KPMG, which led the consultation and data analysis processes in order to formulate recommendations.
The scope of the review encompassed the evaluation of existing policies, procedures, and technologies employed in course collection and scheduling. Extensive consultation with students, staff, faculty members and professional librarians took place to inform recommendations.
The final report of the review, including recommendations and next steps for implementation, is now available on the Provost’s Office website.
Questions or comments about the report can be directed to provost@brocku.ca.
