The HUB

Students can pop by the Wellness HUB to talk to a trained peer about health and well-being. Drop in and get to know the peers.

Worried about a friend? Learn about how to check in with a friend who might be struggling with the pressures of university life.

We offer certificate and non-certificate workshops to empower you to make informed health decisions and learn new strategies to support your health.

Wellness Navigators

Feeling overwhelmed and not sure what to do? Meet with a Wellness Navigator; they are not counselors, but they will meet with you to figure out what support you need.

Campus Connections

Meet with our team to discuss your interests and goals. We will help you get connected to aligned groups on or off campus. Your social health is important as you navigate university life!
