Tiffany
Registered Psychotherapist
Tiffany is a Registered Psychotherapist in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Brock University), a post graduate certificate in Addictions Counselling (Georgian College) and her Master’s of Social Work (Wilfrid Laurier University).
As a therapist, she works from a person-centered, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and anti-oppressive lens, creating a safe and collaborative space where students feel seen, heard, and respected. She believes that healing begins with connection—both within ourselves and with others—and that every individual holds the capacity for growth and change when supported with empathy, understanding, and effective tools.
She integrates a range of evidence-based modalities, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). She also draws from attachment theory and current understandings of nervous system regulation to support clients in building emotional resilience and cultivating safety in their bodies and relationships.
Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or periods of transition, her goal is to help you heal, learn practical skills, strengthen your relationships, and reconnect with your inner sense of worth. Together, she’ll work toward moving your life forward in alignment with your values and goals—at a pace that honors your lived experience and unique story.
Outside of her work, she finds grounding and inspiration in nature—especially through hiking on local trails—and is an avid reader who loves getting lost in both fiction and non-fiction. Tiffany is also a proud dog mom, and spending time with her pup is one of her favorite ways to recharge and connect with joy in the everyday.

Briar
Registered Psychotherapist
My name is Briar, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I am also a Brock alumna, having completed my undergraduate degree in Child and Youth Studies and Psychology here at Brock.
To best support each person’s unique journey, I often take an integrated or eclectic approach that honors the individual needs of each client. My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in compassion. It is trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and honors the resilience you already carry. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Brief Solution-Focused Therapy (BSFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy.
When your usual coping strategies no longer feel effective, it can be hard to know where to turn. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard as you explore what you need now. I’m here to listen—to be present with you—as we navigate that process together. I know how important it is to feel truly seen and heard. All parts of you are welcome—your feelings, humor, creativity, and unique ways of expression. My role is to honor the strategies that have brought you here and support you in finding new ways of being that fit where you are today.
In addition to my clinical work, I am passionate about teaching and committed to lifelong learning. I actively pursue ongoing education and training to remain responsive to the diverse needs of my clients.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my dog. I am also passionate about food and love seeking out new places to eat, along with traveling and discovering new experiences. Staying active is an important part of how I practice self-care. I enjoy playing hockey, swimming, boxing, and going to the gym.
