BounceBack Ontario

A free guided self-help program from the Canadian Mental Health Association. Offers videos and workbooks to help manage low mood, stress, and anxiety. No referral needed.

Good2Talk

A 24/7 free, confidential support line for post-secondary students in Ontario. Offers text and phone support, plus a searchable database of resources — students don’t have to speak directly with a counsellor right away.

MindBeacon (Self-Guided)

Offers self-guided therapy programs for stress, anxiety, and depression. Based on CBT principles. Funded by Ontario Health for some populations.

Get A-Head

is a digital platform that provides mental health support to students at colleges and universities across Ontario at no cost. Delivered through secure text, audio, and video sessions, all appointments are confidential, easily accessible and offered online.
