If you need medical care when Student Health Services is closed, after-hours and community clinics are available to support you. This page provides information on where to go and how to access care outside our regular hours.

After hours

Student Health Services is closed most evenings and weekends, holidays and school closures. SHS operates an evening clinic that can be scheduled online using this link.

If you need to talk to a doctor or nurse when our clinics are closed, you can call:

• Health 811 or 1-866-797-0000 and talk to a registered nurse
• Book a virtual appointment with Ontario doctor. There is a fee that is not covered by OHIP.

After Hours Urgent Care

Student Health Services is closed evenings and weekends, as well as on statutory holidays and school closures.

Clinic hours, location, phone number & UHIP fees are subject to change without warning or notice. Brock University, Student Wellness and Accessibility, and Student Health Services are not responsible for disinformation or fees accrued during your community health appointments.

Students with a Québec Health Card may need to pay an upfront fee and submit an ‘out of province’ claim to RAMQ for reimbursement.
