The Department of Institutional Planning, Analysis and Performance (IPAP) is pleased to announce the launch of two new interactive Power BI dashboards, expanding access to key institutional data in a dynamic and user-friendly format.

Undergraduate Retention & Graduation Report
This tool provides visual, customizable insights into undergraduate student pathways from 2013–14 to 2024–25 on retention and graduation trends across Faculty and Department cohorts. It supports a wide range of initiatives including strategic planning, program review, advising, and student success. It is also a central resource for Brock’s University Action Plan and SMA4 commitments.

Course Enrolment Report
Covering academic years 2015–16 to 2024–25, this dashboard offers interactive enrolment trends, from course-level activity to Faculty-wide patterns. It serves a wide range of academic and administrative needs, from planning course offerings to aligning services and resources with student demand.
