Announcing the Advisory Committee on the Dean, Faculty of Education

Following the open call released on November 11, the University has formed an advisory committee under Faculty Handbook section 4 to search for a Dean of the Faculty of Education. The committee will include:

  • Diane Collier, Department of Educational Studies
  • David Hutchinson, Department of Educational Studies/Digital Humanities
  • Robert McGray, Department of Educational Studies
  • Ruth McQuirter, Department of Educational Studies
  • Lissa Paul, Department of Educational Studies
  • Michael Savage, Department of Educational Studies
  • Nancy Taber, Department of Educational Studies
  • Rosemary Condillac, Department of Applied Disability Studies
  • Kelli-an Lawrence, Department of Health Sciences
  • Ethna Bernat, staff representative
  • Brielle Kaminsky, BUSU representative
  • Ash Grover, GSA representative
  • Bianca Read, Human Resources (non-voting resource to the committee)
  • Janice Peacock, Office of the Provost and Vice-President, Academic (non-voting resource to the committee)
  • Nick Dion, Chief of Staff, Office of the Interim President and Vice-Chancellor, Provost and Vice-President, Academic (non-voting resource to the committee)

The membership of the committee has also been circulated by email from the Provost’s Office to faculty members (via their Deans) and to BUSU and the GSA.
