Spring Session First Restriction lift date: March 10, 2026 at midnight – some courses now open to the second group of majors; please check specific course descriptions for more information.
Spring Session Second Restriction lift date: March 17, 2026 at midnight – most courses now open to all majors; please check specific course descriptions for more information.
Summer Session First Restriction lift date: March 31, 2026 at midnight – some courses now open to the second group of majors; please check specific course descriptions for more information.
Summer Session Second Restriction lift date: April 7, 2026 at midnight – most courses now open to all majors; please check specific course descriptions for more information.
SPRING/SUMMER REGISTRATION Closes as per duration length — 11:59 p.m.
- Durations 3+ weeks or longer – registration closes 6 days from the 1st day of the duration
- Durations 2 weeks in length – registration closes on the 2nd day of the duration
- Durations 1 week in length – registration closes on the 1st day of the duration
- A late registration fee of $55 is applied to all initial registrations occurring after the dates listed above for the applicable term.

Returning students with 15.0 credits or more: July 7, 2026

- Durations 3 to 7 weeks: close six days from the duration start
- Durations less than 3 weeks: close on the second day of the duration
- Durations one week or less: close on the first day of the duration

Late registration fees begin when online registration closes. A late registration fee of $55 is applied to all initial registrations occurring after the dates listed above for the applicable term.
Where do I register?
If the online registration system is open, you will register for your courses through your my.brocku.ca student portal. You must activate your student portal account at least 24 hours prior to when registration opens.
Please use the course planning tool in my.brocku.ca to map out your courses as the registration system does not open until 6am. This means that you won’t be able to access courses before then.
What if I want to add a course after registration has closed?
Undergraduate Programs
Students wishing to add a course after the registration system close date may do so upon approval from the Instructor and by submitting the Course Add form to the Office of the Registrar and Enrolment Services.
Students can withdraw from courses online via the student portal at my.brocku.ca.

Graduate Programs
Students wishing to add, change or withdraw from a course after the registration system close date may do so with approval of their Graduate Program Director. Please submit the Course Registration/Withdrawal form to your program for approval.
