October marked a month of great achievements and new beginnings at Goodman Group. On October 5th, we welcomed 22 participants from 7 Ontario municipalities as we launched cohort 18 of our NextGen Municipal Leadership Certificate program. On October 16th, we celebrated the start of our Non-Profit Leadership Certificate Program, with 18 leaders representing 10 organizations from Ontario and across Canada.

Both programs equip leaders with essential knowledge, skills, and valuable networking opportunities to help them become the best versions of themselves. Participants have been actively engaged in exploring a wide range of topics, including Strategy and Leadership, Personality Dimensions, Human Resources, Coaching Teams, and EDI, among others. Our award-winning faculty from Goodman School of Business, in collaboration with seasoned industry leaders, have been the driving force behind the success of these programs. This journey of growth and learning continues into November, so be sure to stay tuned for more updates on their progress.
