Grounded in self awareness and strengthened through practical application, the Professional Leadership Certificate program helps you understand yourself and others through Personality Dimensions while building the foundations of business leadership that drive results.
You will learn to build and manage effective teams, navigate HR responsibilities with confidence, coach for performance and lead change in ways that inspire commitment rather than compliance. With dedicated sessions on artificial intelligence and the evolving leadership landscape, you will also explore how to think strategically about the future of work.
Each session builds toward a final integration experience that challenges you to define your leadership direction and act on it. Participants will synthesize their learning and develop a practical 30, 60 and 90 day action plan tailored to their own roles and environments. This is not simply a course.
