Brock’s Campus Portal allows faculty and staff the ability to view real-time schedules and submit booking requests for most lecture or seminar rooms on campus.

Go to the top right corner of the screen and use your Brock campus login and password. (Do not use @brocku.ca)

Pond Inlet Requests:
- Bookings can be accepted on the portal if they are a minimum of 3 weeks (21 days) in advance. If the booking is sooner than 21 days, you will need to contact us via email at roombookings@brocku.ca
- Bookings must be a minimum of 3hours, and must include the mandatory 1.5hrs setup and 1.5hrs takedown time for Custodial reset of furnishings -for example, if your event is 9am to 2pm (5 hours), please start the booking at least at 7:30am and end the booking at 3:30pm (8 hours).
- You will be asked if you are aware of your furniture setup/configuration. You can select: Yes, No, or Unsure at this time.

- Room setup requests should ideally be made 3 weeks prior to the event, or no later than 7 business days

During the fall/winter term (September-April), shorter bookings are more likely to find space than longer ones.
Academics take priority. Although it is unlikely, your booking may be moved or canceled if scheduling needs to move a class.
All external organizations can fill out the day meeting request form.
