Bio: My name is Amanda Nash, and I am in my second year of the Sport Management program at Brock University. I chose to come to Brock because of the environment and community it offers. Brock has truly been such an amazing experience so far as there are many opportunities that I have been a part of such as volunteering at the Centre for Sport Capacity. Partaking in events and tasks such as social media content creation, event planning, and volunteering throughout the community through events has provided me with extensive experience and knowledge throughout the sporting industry!

Bio: Hi, my name is Charlie, and I am a first-year Sport Management student at Brock University. Choosing to pursue a degree in Sport Management was a natural fit for me – it’s the perfect intersection of my interests in sports and business.
As I fully believe in the power of education and that you never stop learning, I took it upon myself to seek out an opportunity to further my sport-industry learning outside of the classroom. In combination with its reputation for academic excellence, the Centre for Sport Capacity provides a dynamic learning environment to continuously mobilize knowledge. By joining the Centre for Sport Capacity, I am not only investing in my personal and professional development, but also aligning myself with a community of like-minded individuals who share my dedication to leveraging the power of sports for positive change. I am excited to embark on this journey of discovery, growth, and collaboration, knowing that it will enable me to help make a meaningful difference in the world of sports and beyond.
