Any guests, students, staff, faculty or visitors who have a Ministry of Transportation accessible permit may park in any marked accessible space accompanied by a valid permit or receipt. Parking on campus is paid or by permit at all times.
However, there is free parking available in the following areas at the following times:
- From September 1 – April 30, 2020 there is free parking in Zone 1, Zone 2 as well as accessible spaces on campus after 6pm on weekdays and all day on weekends*
- From May 1 – August 31, 2020 there is free parking in Zone 1, Zone 2, as well as accessible spaces on campus all day, every day*
- *no overnight parking between 2-5am
When there is free parking available in accessible spaces, only the Ontario Accessible Permit is required to be displayed to park in the space.
Please note that any vehicles parked in a designated accessible space without proper permits displayed may be ticketed and/or towed.
Students who require an accommodation for closer parking due to accident, injury, surgery, or otherwise may apply for a temporary Brock Approved Parking permit. Students who require this accommodation must get authorization from the Student Wellness and Accessibility Services (ST400, Schmon Tower). The Student Wellness and Accessibility office will forward Brock Approved Permit authorization to Parking Services prior to purchasing your permit.
Faculty or staff who require an accommodation for closer parking due to accident, injury, surgery, or otherwise may apply for a temporary Brock Approved Parking permit. Faculty or Staff who require this accommodation must get authorization from Human Resources (ST1200, Schmon Tower). Human Resources will forward Brock Approved permit authorization to Parking Services prior to purchasing your permit.
