Welcome to Parking Services!

Parking Services is responsible for all administrative functions relating to the management, maintaining and planning of campus parking; the issuance of parking permits; the enforcement of parking regulations; the collection of enforcement charges; the acceptance of appeals from such violators; and the processing of refund requests upon withdrawal from the University.

Parking Services is committed to providing excellent customer service and continually reviewing our regulations in order to aid in the reduction of parking hassles.

Finding Parking Services: We are now in our new location in the Theal House building. Theal House is located to the southeast of Isaac Brock Circle, adjacent to Lot S, and north of Lot T. If you plan to visit the Parking Services office, we recommend that you park in Lot S.

Evening and Weekend Parking - Lot A

As of Monday January 23rd, 2012 there will no longer be an attendant at the Lot A kiosk for evening or weekend sales. Customers may still choose to pay the $6.00 flat rate to park in Lot A after 4:30 pm on weekdays, or all day on Saturday or Sunday, by using one of the two different payment methods: 

1)    Purchase a Lot D Visitor Parking receipt after 4:30 pm from the Lot D kiosk attendant, then proceed to Lot A, and park with the receipt displayed clearly on their dashboard.
 
2)    Purchase a $6.00 Pay & Display receipt after 4:30 p.m. from one of the machines located near Lot A (i.e. at Meter Road or Lot E), then proceed to Lot A, and park with the receipt displayed clearly on their dashboard.

Winter Permits on Sale Now!

 Winter term parking permits are now available for purchase either online or at the Parking Services office during business hours.

Those who pre-ordered and have their permits “on hold for pick up” can now pick up permits at Parking Services.  If your pre-ordered permit was being mailed out to you and you have not received it by Wed. Dec. 21st, please contact us at 905-688-5550 x 4309.

 Parking permits ordered online from this date forward will be available for pick up only during business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Parking Services Office Now Accepts Flex Dollars!

We are pleased to announce that as of January 9, 2012 residence students will be able to pay for overnight guest parking passes using Flex dollars on their Brock Card.  We will continue to take all other forms of payment in addition to Flex dollars. Residence guest overnight passes will continue to be sold at both the North and South Services desks with payment by Flex dollars only.
