REMINDER: The deadline to request a refund for an Annual/Winter permit is Friday, February 19, 2027. 

General Requirements

• A $25 non-refundable administrative fee must be paid prior to the completion of any refund/exchange
  • This fee can be purchased via the Parking Portal > Order Permits > Refund/Exchange Fee > Refund/Exchange Fee.
  • Further instructions will be provided via the Refund/Exchange Fee receipt.
• All permit purchases are subject to availability. If space is not available for the requested permit type, an exchange will not be granted.
  • Permits can only be exchanged for another permit of the same duration, otherwise a refund will be issued.
  • If the outstanding balance between the permits exchanged is not paid by a specified date, the exchange request will be cancelled, and the refund/exchange fee will not be refunded.
