What do you get when 15 leaders from diverse non-profit organizations join forces with accomplished instructors from the Goodman School of Business and seasoned industry professionals? A leadership journey that’s nothing short of transformative.
Cohort #13 of the Non-Profit Leadership Program has officially graduated, emerging with heightened awareness of HR practices, financial strategies, and inclusive leadership approaches relevant to their roles. Equipped with these tools, they’re ready to inspire their teams, participate in strategic decision-making, overcome challenges, and create meaningful impact within their organizations and communities.
These leaders, representing Family Service Toronto, Canadian Religious Stewardship, The Hope Centre, Community Living Welland Pelham, Gillian’s Place, Radiant Care, and Community Care of St. Catharines and Thorold, brought unmatched experience and a deep passion for their work. Their organizations’ dedication to leadership development demonstrates the power of investing in people to drive lasting, positive change.
Reflecting on the experience, Timothy Lee Siemens, CEO of Radiant Care, shared, “We have learned so much over the past several weeks, developing and honing our arsenal of leadership skills along with our capacity to tackle what lies ahead of us. I would like to pay a special tribute to the high-caliber instructors of Goodman Group for imparting their wisdom, experience, and insights to help develop our leadership styles in the non-profit setting.”
At Goodman Group, building leadership for the future is our passion and purpose. We’re honored to have been part of this journey and look forward to the extraordinary impact these leaders will create in their organizations and communities!
