Program Details:
Niagara College Winery and Viticulture Technician Diploma and Brock University Certificate in Grape & Wine Technology
· Obtain a 1-year Grape and Wine Technology Certificate from Brock University.
· Requirements for entry to Brock and transfer credit under the terms of the agreement:
- A minimum 80% cumulative average* on the Niagara College Winery and Viticulture Technician diploma,
- Advanced level grade 12 Chemistry and Advanced Functions (equivalent to Ontario curriculum SCH4U and MHF4U).
· *Applicants who do not meet one or more of the requirements listed above, who have a minimum of ten years industry-related experience may be eligible for admission. Contact ghigenell@brocku.ca for details.
