Lambton College Massage Therapy Advanced Diploma & Brock University Community Health:
- Obtain a 3-year (Pass) Bachelor of Arts Community Health degree from Brock University and a Massage Therapy Advanced diploma from Lambton College.
- Students attend Brock University during years 1 and 4, while years 2 and 3 are completed at Lambton College.
- Students must have a cumulative 63% average on years 2 and 3 in order to return to Brock for year 4.
- Application to the articulation program is made during Year 1 of the Brock Community Health program.
- Meeting minimum program requirements does not guarantee admission.

Lambton College Pharmacy Technician & Brock University Community Health:
- Obtain a 3-year (Pass) Bachelor of Arts Community Health degree from Brock University and a Pharmacy Technician diploma from Lambton College.
- Students attend Brock University during years 1 and 4, while years 2 and 3 are completed at Lambton College.
- Entry to year 2 requires completion of specific Brock credits with a minimum grade of 65% in each of CHSC 1F90 and Math 1F92.
- Students must maintain a 60% overall average to be awarded both credentials.

- Obtain a three-year (Pass) Bachelor of Arts in Community Health from Brock University and a diploma in Dental Hygiene from Niagara College.
- Students attend Brock University during years 1 and 4, while years 2 and 3 are completed at Niagara College.
- Entry to year 2 requires completion of specific Brock credits with a minimum grade of 65% in each of CHSC 1F90, MATH 1F92, and BIOL 1F25.
Application Process:
