Key Points about my Permit
- My permit is the license plate(s) linked to My Account.
- I may have up to 2 registered plates on my account at any one time.
- I may only have 1 registered plate, linked to this permit, on campus at a time.
- If more than 1 vehicle linked to this permit is found on campus at the same time, both vehicles will be ticketed and neither ticket may be appealed.
- I understand it is my responsibility to read and understand the Rules and Regulations of Parking Services

Other important information
- Your license plate(s) and vehicle information MUST be kept up to date.
- To change your vehicle or license plate(s) update your account with the new information. Failure to link a vehicle(s) to your permit will result in a violation.
- Adding a vehicle to your account or paying for parking for a vehicle, you claim responsibility for any future violations incurred by that vehicle.
- Please contact Parking Services if you are driving a rental or loaner vehicle to campus.
- Refunds and exchanges may be requested online before April 1, 2024 and will be applied to any full-month(s) remaining on the permit.
- To exchange your permit for another email parking@brocku.ca
- An administration fee will be applied to all refunds and exchanges and will be deducted from any amount refunded to the customer if eligible.
