Official rules & regulations

1. The contest is open to Brock University alumni (including Brock University faculty and staff enrolled in Brock programs) who have a graduation date between June 9-12, 2026.
2. Contest entries must be received between Tuesday June 9^th at 8am (EDT) and Friday June 26^th at 11:59pm (EDT).
3. Repeat entries will be disqualified.
4. Entries will be put into a random draw and the winner (1) will be announced on the @BrockAlumni Instagram page on Friday July 3^rd. The winner will be notified via email on Friday July 3^rd .
5. The winner will have until Friday July 10^th at 11:59pm EDT to reply to the email notification. If the selected winner does not reply by Friday July 10^th at 11:59pm EDT, another winner will be drawn at random.
6. The winner will either be able to pick up their prize on main campus (1812 Sir Isaac Brock Way, St. Catharines, ON, L2S 3A1) or if they do not live within the Niagara Region, shipping will be arranged if it is to an address within Canada or the United States.
7. Entries featuring illicit content will be disqualified from the contest (profanity or objectionable content as outlined in the Student Code of Conduct).
8. This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other social media platforms used throughout the contest.

Other terms

The chances of winning are based on the number of entries received. No purchase is necessary to win the prize. The winning prize cannot be substituted for cash, and the prize is non-transferable. Limit one entry per person, individuals making multiple entries through use of multiple emails, falsification etc. will be disqualified.

The personal information requested on this webpage is collected under the authority of The Brock University Act, 1964, section 3, and in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA). The information will be used to maintain contact with alumni for future events and services.  A number of benefits and services are available to Brock University alumni, many of which are provided through corporate partnerships.
