As detailed in these links, the new procedure includes:
- an update from the graduate student using the annual report form plus updated CV
- a written report or oral presentation from the student (format decided by supervisory committee)
- a face-to-face meeting (student presentation, discussion) with the supervisory committee
- identification of targets and goals for the coming year (course work, research activities etc.)
Each of these steps must be completed by May 15th.
Submission of the completed (updated, signed) annual report form to the Graduate Program is due within two working days of the annual report meeting.
Further, the student is responsible for beginning this process by (a) arranging a meeting time/place with the supervisory committee and (b) submitting his/her annual report documents to the supervisory committee no later than one week in advance of this meeting.
