Graduate school can be an exciting and rewarding experience. It can also be stressful, and difficult. Sometimes it may seem like you are the only one facing a particular challenge or problem. But you are not alone.
Often it helps to talk to someone who cares, and who has your best interests in mind. Such people could include your friends and family members, as well as fellow students or your advisor. You may also feel comfortable talking to a Psychology professor that you get along well with, or perhaps the Department Chair or Graduate Program Director.
