How to Login and Register Through

Preparing for course registration

Once admitted to Brock there’s an important task ahead of you — course registration.

How to register through

Make sure you have your campus ID and password handy when registering. You should also ensure that you have activated your portal at least 24 hours in advance. To activate your portal and check your application status please follow this link;

Once you have activated your account, log into your portal at, next click, application and student self serve along the top menu.

Click register in the menu on the left side.

Select the appropriate sesson (Ie. 2015/2016 Fall/ Winter), and complete your declaration form.

Type in the course name and a course number (ex. ECON 1P92) and click go to view the available course offerings.

The ‘+’ symbol next to the course name and number indicates that there is a secondary component (ie. seminar, tutorial, lab). Select the ‘+’ to view available options.

Make sure to add the lecture component as well as all other components associated with that course.

All components will now appear in your list of registered courses.

Tuition fees and payment

Beginning mid-July (but always after registering in classes), visit the Fee Calculator while logged into your portal at

You will see tuition owing for registered courses and any residence or meal plan fees, if applicable.

Brock does not mail paper statements. It is your responsibility to check your statements via your student portal at
