Event Pass FAQ
Similar to the mobile boarding passes used on airlines, every Brock account is provided a secure unique mobile Event Pass for check-in at Brock University events. As you show up to events, pull up your Event Pass and the event organizer can scan you in. This automatically connects to your account to ensure you’re assigned participation for the event!
Please note that not all event organizers will take attendance this way. You may be asked to sign in, swipe your Brock student card, or purchase a ticket in advance for an event. Make sure to check the event details in ExperienceBU and have your Event Pass and student card ready, just in case.
Finding and saving your event pass is easy! Sign into ExperienceBU with your Brock username and password
You can find your Event Pass by accessing your User Drawer in the top right of the screen by clicking on your name or initial. An “Event Pass” option will appear and be available for you to access at any time – simply click the event pass to save it to your Apple Wallet, Google Play or in your photo library.
Yes! You can print or download your personal Event Pass. As long as the pass is not altered in any way, a printed version will work fine for scanning into events.
Yes! The Event Pass is unique to you and will not change over time
As long as you have a smart phone or device, you can access your pass at anytime! Simply log onto your ExperienceBU account to pull up your event pass.
Don’t have a device? That’s OK too – event organizers can track your participation using your Brock email address too!
Only users can access their own Event Pass – staff will not be able to access this for you.
