Developing Change Resilience is designed to support individuals who are experiencing specific changes at work or potentially feeling change fatigue from multiple changes in a short period of time. By understanding how most people experience and progress through change, learners will better be able to look at their own responses, apply techniques to increase their resilience and constructively participate in the future.

- Recognize your own change readiness and typical responses to change
- Explore your own circle of influence as a helpful perspective in times of change
- Find constructive ways to communicate feelings and provide feedback
- Review available mental health and resiliency supports
- Develop an action plan to apply your learning immediately back on the job.

- Anyone experiencing change in the workplace
- In-tact teams or employees from an organization progressing through a change who would benefit from support and positive coping strategies

- No prerequisites required
- Fundamentals in Managing Change is recommended

- Working laptop with high-speed internet access
To successfully complete your program, you will need to complete all the components outlined in your course. Your progress will be continuously evaluated using a variety of formative and/or summative assessments to receive a final mark. Information about these assessment methods will be provided in the Learning Management System on the first day of the program.
