At Brock University, we build custom training solutions using the A.D.D.I.E. design framework. This model is a widely recognized and proven model for adult learning and training development that leverages a process of collaboration with the client, outcome-based learning and constant improvement.
ADDIE Steps
The needs assessment stage. In consultation with your stakeholders, we analyze your learning needs and goals.
We design your customized learning solution based on the needs assessment, either building on existing training programs or developing a new program.
Detailed development of the approved design solution proposed allowing for adjustments in the design.
Learning solutions are implemented and delivered to your organization in a mode that works for your team. Options of in-person, online, on-site, off-site, hybrid and more.
As learning takes place and/or at the end of the learning stages are assessed and the program is adjusted or updated for analysis.
