Booking an Academic Advising Appointment

Please Note: Due to the celebration of Convocation, Academic Advising Services will be offering limited services the week of June 4th. Walk in Advising will not be offered on Tuesday, June 5th or Thursday, June 7th.

NEW! Academic Advising Services is now offering 'Early Bird' appointments starting as early as 730 am. 
If you wish to take advantage of our 'Early Bird' appointments please email bbarrett@brocku.ca.  'Early Bird' appointments are available either in person or over the phone.

Unfortunately due to time limitations, we are unable to register you in your courses.

If you have quick general questions, you can utilize one of our walk-in advising sessions. Unless otherwise noted, Walk-in Advising is available on Tuesday & Thursday from 130-330 in Mackenzie Chown (MC) A 317, 318 & 320.

Telephone Advising Appointments
Please note: If you are requesting a telephone appointment, it is your responsibility to call in to your Academic Adviser at the designated appointment time.

Students who are currently pursuing a General Studies program, are undeclared or are considering changing their program, or adding a minor and require assistance can book a 30-minute advising appointment with an Academic Adviser from the Office of the Registrar.

Students with a declared major should contact the Academic Adviser specific to their program to discuss their academic questions.
