University + college = the best of both post-secondary education pathways

There’s no need to choose only one when you can combine the many benefits of a university degree with the applied skills of college training through one of our collaborative programs. Build your knowledge and many kinds of skills in stimulating and practical ways to open many doors.

These valuable degree pathways allow you to earn a university degree in labour studies at Brock University and then to complete specialized college-based training in human resources.

Students normally complete three years of study at Brock (with on-site and online course options) and then their final year at the college.

Once at Brock University, students can apply for these collaborative programs during their second year of study. A 70% major and overall average is required.
