The Department of Labour Studies invites applications for a 12-month limited term appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor. The appointment, subject to budgetary approval, will commence July 1, 2021.
Qualifications
Candidates must have a PhD (or be near completion) in a relevant academic field with evidence of successful undergraduate teaching and a research record on work and labour. The successful candidate will be well-qualified to effectively teach a range of labour studies courses and contribute to the department through service and research.
Notes: Interested candidates are invited to submit along with the letter of application: a curriculum vitae, and teaching dossier demonstrating excellence in university teaching (e.g. summaries of course evaluations, letters from instructional experts, department chairs etc.)
