Purpose
The EEWG provides expertise and analysis to PACHRED on issues related to diversity, equity and inclusion in employment, including, but not limited to, performance assessment, workplace culture, workload and scheduling.
CURRENT PRIORITIES (2025-2026)
- Conduct research into Research Assistant wages and workloads compared to sector standards.
- Advocate for fair compensation and improved working conditions for staff.
- Launch a Brock census to guide employment equity planning.
- Increase engagement with non-unionized staff.
