MEDIA ADVISORY — November 18, 2025 — R0135
An event will be held next week to celebrate the launch of Brock’s more than $100-million clean infrastructure initiative — and media are invited to attend.
Brock will host an on-campus celebration on Tuesday, Nov. 25 marking the start of SPARK (sustainability, performance, adaptation, renewal and knowledge) and highlighting the ways in which the three-year undertaking will position the University as a leader in climate action.
Brock leadership will join representatives from SPARK partner organizations, including the Canadian Infrastructure Bank and Enbridge Sustain, to share details of the innovative collaboration that will advance the University’s commitment to build a sustainable future.
Following the formal presentation, tours of Brock’s tunnels and spaces slated for retrofits through SPARK will take place. Interview opportunities with University leadership will also be available.
