MEDIA ADVISORY: R00222 – 19 October 2016

A new water feature at Brock University’s Marilyn I. Walker School of Fine and Performing Arts is being dedicated to recognize the generous support of the Rotary Club of St. Catharines.

Members of the community and news media are invited to the celebration Thursday, Oct. 20 at the southeast entrance of the MIWSFPA in downtown St. Catharines.

The Rotary Reflecting Pool is a custom-designed water feature that will be the artistic centerpiece of a public, sculpture-filled greenspace on the grounds of the Walker School.

The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 12:20 p.m. in the Margarette & Milton Pummell Commons, which is at the large south entrance of the MIWSFPA.
