Next Steps for IELP/Conditional students

Your step-by-step guide to studying ESL at Brock after receiving your conditional offer.

Accept your offer of admission.

Get started by logging into your my.brocku.ca portal and accept your offer at least 30 days before the start of the session.

Check for outstanding documents.

Be sure to log in to your student portal and check your document status. Make sure to submit them before the deadlines.

Use your Campus ID to access my.brocku.ca

Apply for a study permit.

Once you have received your official letter of acceptance, you should begin procedures to obtain your study permit. You must apply for a study permit from the appropriate Canadian Embassy, High Commission, or Consulate.

In addition to a study permit, you may require a temporary resident vis to enter Canada.

How to submit your English Language Proficiency Test Score to Brock ESL.

If you have an English Language Proficiency Test Score that you would like to use for placement, you will need to upload it to my.brocku.ca prior to writing the Brock University placement test.

Using your submitted score, you will benefit from knowing which IELP level you will enter.

If you meet our English Language Proficiency Requirements, you will have the opportunity to be considered for direct entry into undergraduate programs.

To ensure your enrollment, you need to pay the balance of your tuition and your ancillary fees.
ESL tuition fees are due one month prior to the start of term.
