When registering, you will be asked to indicate whether you plan on attending:

  • Opening Wine & Cheese Tribute to Dr. Rowell Huesmann on the afternoon of Monday July 20 (free to attend + 1 drink ticket)
    • During registration, you will have the option to select that you are bringing a guest (at a cost of $20 + tax (13%))
  • Trip to Niagara Falls on the evening of Wednesday July 22 (free, bus transportation will be provided to and from Brock University)
    • During registration, you will have the option to select that you are bringing a guest (no extra cost)
    • Note: limited seating available
  • Gala dinner at Honsberger Estate Winery on the evening of Thursday July 23 ($140 + tax (13%) per ticket, free bus transportation will be provided to and from Brock University)
    • During registration, you will have the option to select that you are bringing a guest (at a cost of extra ticket)
  • Note: Most food options on campus are closed in July. Therefore, we will have optional boxed lunches available at a cost for each of the conference days from Tuesday July 21-Thursday July 23. Selections can be made during the online registration. We strongly suggest this option to guarantee lunch on campus.
  • For those who choose to stay on campus residence, there will be an option to select this during your registration. Please see details on the Accommodations section of our website for residence room details and rates. All other hotels with conference rates will need to be booked directly on the hotel website.
    • Price per night: $63 + tax (13%) for private bed/shared washroom; $99 + tax (13%) fully private bed/washroom
    • Guests who wish to have a shared bathroom with a specific pod-mate should each register individually and select the shared bathroom option. If this option is selected, a follow up question will ask for your preferred pod-mate, which you will be able to type in.

ISRA Member: $480 + tax (13%)
Non Member: $570 + tax (13%)
Student: $250 + tax (13%)

Late Registration (from June 1 – June 30, 2026)

ISRA Member: $550 + tax (13%)
Non Member: $650 + tax (13%)
Student: $300 + tax (13%)

Gala Dinner at Honsberger Estate Winery: $140 + tax (13%)
