For single-day courses, a full refund of 100% is available if the cancellation is made up to four days prior to the course start date. If the cancellation is made with three days or less to 24 hours prior to the course start date, a 50% refund will be provided. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the course start.

For multi-week courses, a full refund of 100% is available up until the end of the first week of the course. After the first week and up until the end of the third week of the course, a 50% refund will be provided. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the third week of the course. 

Please note that some programming may have a different drop and refund policy. These exceptions will be noted on the programming web-page.

Events and consumable fees are non-refundable.

ESL Programs are subject to the ESL Terms and Conditions.

Programming offered through third-party learning providers (e.g. ed2go) are not subject to this refund policy. Please see the provider’s drop and refund policy as per their checkout process.

No refunds can be issued for on-demand learning.
