This course is designed to help you increase resilience in yourself and others when it comes to the challenges and opportunities of organizational change. It is often the people part of the change equation that causes so many initiatives not only to derail but to cause significant impact on employee trust, well-being, and productivity. There is a distinctly human side to the resistance that comes from mindset but it can also be magnified or minimized by the way we structure and communicate change. This course will provide you with a deeper understanding of how people progress through change, the things you can do to increase clarity and comfort, and strategies to adapt and flex your approach to move your people and teams towards buy-in and commitment. You will leave with your own insights and priority actions relating to your own response to change, how you will show up for others, and what you will do differently to build that buy-in and commitment.
