In today’s highly competitive talent landscape, attracting and selecting top talent has become a critical factor that differentiates companies as employers of choice. Hiring is more than posting a job and waiting to see who applies. It is more about finding the right person with the right combination of skills, mindsets and fit for your organization’s culture. It’s also about finding and hiring the best people before your competition does. All of this makes hiring challenging, even for the most experienced. In today’s ‘do more with less’, hiring managers are being asked to take on more of the recruitment and selection process. This is especially true for small to medium-sized organizations. If you’re being asked to take on more of the recruitment and selection process for your organization or department, and want to hire the best, then this modular course will gain tools that will help to to develop a best-in-class strategy to recruit and select that great candidate.
