This course positions you as a leader in cooperative education, moving beyond your own classroom practice to influence programming, policy, and professional culture at a system level. Building on the knowledge and skills developed in Part 1 and Part 2, you will engage with the ethical, legislative, and pedagogical frameworks that shape cooperative education in Ontario and examine how those frameworks function across schools, boards, and placement contexts. Throughout the course, you will develop research-informed leadership strategies, and collaborate with community members, industry representatives, and fellow educators. You will lead innovation in assessment practices, facilitate professional learning communities, and advocate for systemic change that advances accessibility, inclusion, and social justice within cooperative education. By the end of the course, you will be prepared to mentor colleagues, drive continuous improvement, and shape the future of cooperative education in your professional community.
