Cooperative Education, Part 1

Learn how to plan and lead co-operative education programs that connect students to real-world learning. This course will help you design safe, inclusive, and engaging work experiences that support student success and future goals.

Co-operative Education, Part 1, prepares educators to design and deliver co-operative education programs for high school students. This course explores different types of experiential learning, including traditional co-op placements, Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program (OYAP), Specialist High Skills Major (SHSM), and Dual Credit options.
